  15. Where and When?
  16. ---------------
  17. On the 15,16 and 17th of April 1995 the Saturne Party III will be held
  18. in Paris, France at the 'Parc Floral'. The parc is situated in a very
  19. pleasant natural environment (about 70 acres of green-spaces).
  20. The Party opens on Saturday the 15th of April at 10:00 a.m and closes
  21. on Monday the 17th of April at 14:00 p.m.

  23. Facilities
  24. ----------
  25. The main hall has room for more than 8000 people. More than enough Wc's,
  26. showers, sinks and public phones are present. A bar is open 24 hours a
  27. day with sandwiches, pizza's and drinks. All at very low prices.
  28. A confortable and noiseless independant room allows you to take a rest
  29. or to sleep quietly.
  30. A reception desk is set for any information you'll need or to receive
  31. messages/videotapes/disks to be shown on the giant screen(s). 
  32. A computershow is held simultaneously nearby, where you'll be able to
  33. find hardware, disks or devices of any other kind.
  34. Free parking for all visitors. 
  35. Several giant screens (never seen before at any party)

  42. Media will be present (Press, Radio and TV) and will cover the whole
  43. event. Lot's of professionals will be there looking for talented young 
  44. people. For the first time a competition on video-tape is organised. 
  45. (eg. Video-demos, Animations or synthetic movies)

  47. The entrance fee is !120 FF! (On French money!) and also guarantees you
  48. visit to the computer show.

  50. Smoking, Alcohol and drugs are FORBIDDEN at the party!
  51. Anyone making trouble will be KICKED OUT IMMEDIATELY!

  54. How to get there
  55. ----------------
  56. Located in the east area of Paris, the Parc Floral de Paris is reachable:

  58. - By tube, ligne no.1 Chateau de Vincennes, untill Chateau de Vincennes
  59.   station. Get out at Nogent/Parc Floral then follow the signs
  60.  
  61. - By bus, ligne no.112 Get out at Parc Floral station
  62.  
  63. - By RER, ligne A vincennes station, follow signs
  64.  
  65. - By car, at 5 Mn of the ring road of Paris, get out at Porte de
  66.   Vincennes, Porte Doree, Porte de Charenton.
  67.   At 5 Mn of the highway A4, get out at Joinville. then follow
  68.   the road 'route de la Pyramide'

  79. 486 DX 33 vesa local bus 4mb Ram, sound card Soundblaster pro or
  80. Gravis Ultra-sound. Video output VGA (31 Khz)

  83. Standard Falcon. Max length is 4mb (Ataris 520 and 1040 could compete 
  84. in this compo aswell!!)

  87. Standard Commodore 64 computer

  90. Maximum Duration is 8 minutes. Format VHS or SVHS (Pal / Secam)
  91. Hifi Stereo sound.

  97. Maximum resolution is 736 x 566 in 256 colors

  99. Music:
  100. The module must be in Protracker format, 4 voices maximum

  103. - Everyone who wants to compete must be present at the party
  104. - A same crew can present several demos but only one per coder
  105. - A same crew can present several intros but only one per coder
  106. - A painter can present only ONE picture
  107. - A musician can only present ONE module
